**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter and update data in databases, spreadsheets, or systems with high accuracy.
- Review, verify, and correct data for errors or inconsistencies.
- Maintain and organize records, files, and documentation.
- Retrieve data as requested and generate reports as needed.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Communicate with other departments to collect or verify required information.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and comply with data protection guidelines.
- Assist in general administrative tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or IT are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role.
- Fast typing skills with a typing speed of at least 40-50 words per minute.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of databases and administrative procedures.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with CRM systems, ERP software, or cloud-based data platforms.
- Prior experience in a similar industry (e.g., property valuation, real estate, banking, etc.).
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently without loss of accuracy.

**Working Conditions**:

- Office environment or remote setup depending on the company policy.
- May require extended hours during peak data cycles.

**Compensation**:
Based on experience and skills; may include performance-based incentives.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
