**Job Summary**:
We’re looking for an experienced, creative Sr. Video Editor Executive to lead editing on advanced multi-brand campaigns. At Digital Orix, you’ll bring stories to life across varied industries, integrating motion graphics and ensuring each client’s brand is showcased uniquely.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute storyboards for reels, ads, and longer brand videos.
- Edit multi-layered projects with transitions, effects, overlays, and kinetic text.
- Create advanced lower thirds, animated infographics, and simple motion intros.
- Collaborate with designers for consistent brand elements in videos.
- Manage multiple timelines and prioritize edits for different clients.
- Run color grading and advanced audio balancing.
- Supervise raw shoot footage cuts into final promotional assets.
- Optimize videos for different platforms’ specs and audience expectations.
- Participate in high-level campaign brainstorming to shape video concepts.
- Guide interns and junior editors on best practices and quick turnaround hacks.
- Stay updated on platform algorithms to ensure video edits meet engagement criteria.
- Prepare case study edits showcasing campaign results.
- Join client meetings if needed to explain visual direction.
- Maintain archive of past edits for easy repurposing.
- Test new editing techniques and propose innovative formats.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years editing for social media, brand campaigns, or agency projects.
- Strong expertise in Premiere Pro & working knowledge of After Effects.
- Excellent sense of narrative pacing, transitions, and brand adaptation.

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Managed edits on multi-cam shoots or event recaps.
- Experience guiding a small editing team.

Pay: ₹9,956.37 - ₹31,254.02 per month
