**Job Title**: Deputy Manager - Warehouse

**Location**: Faridabad, Haryana

**Department**: Warehouse Operations

**Budget**: Up to 4.2 LPA (Depending upon experience and interview performance)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. _**Inventory Management**:_
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to ensure timely availability of products.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to prevent discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and manage stock replenishment.

2. _**Goods Receipt Note (GRN) Processing**:_
- Oversee the GRN process to ensure accurate and timely recording of received goods.
- Verify the quality and quantity of received items and resolve any discrepancies with suppliers.

3. _**Last Mile Deliveries**:_
- Manage and optimize last-mile delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery to customers.
- Monitor delivery performance and address any issues or delays to maintain customer satisfaction.

4. _**Cash Collection & Handover**:_
- Oversee cash collection from delivery operations and ensure accurate recording of cash transactions.
- Manage the cash handover process to CMS, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

5. _**Team Management**:_
- Lead, train, and manage a team of pickers to ensure efficient order fulfillment and dispatch operations.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement initiatives.

6. _**Vehicle Dispatch**:_
- Ensure timely and efficient dispatch of vehicles for deliveries, coordinating with drivers and the logistics team.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- _**Experience**_:
**o* **Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.**
- Proven experience in inventory management, last-mile delivery, and team management.
- _**Technical Skills**:_
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software for inventory and logistics management.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- _**Other Skills**:_
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
