**Job Summary**
They will prove to have strong interpersonal skills, be highly motivated, organized and detail-oriented with the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Work collaboratively and proactively with broader department to translate creative strategies and requests into innovative design solutions for all marketing initiatives. Ensure consistent integration of brand identity and brand message pillars across multiple product lines, where applicable.
- Develop designs that consider how color, type, illustration, photography, digital animation and various layout techniques will work for a cohesive look across multiple channels.
- Develop unique and engaging digital ads designed to drive affinity toward **RevAce** brand. This will include the design and implementation of video projects ranging from in store media to web and social channels.
- Development of key design elements for new programs.
- Create excellent, high-quality and accurate design work, from concept to completion.
- Perform production work such as rolling banners, cutting signage, making marquees, collating materials
- Manage team expectations for deliverables and costs, communicating impacts to project timelines and expenses.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- BFA / BA in graphic design or related field
- Excellent design/layout and production skills using standard graphics software programs. Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop is required.
- Understanding of both print and digital channels is required. Be able to demonstrate translating design across various media.
- Ability to multi-task, work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a strong plus.
- Video editing skills for social media posts are required.
- Experienced working on small agile teams
- Strong production skills.
- Basic understanding of printing process.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.
- Proven strong time-management and follow-through skills.
- Must be able to take initiative and work independently.
- Ability to contribute to a team environment.
- Possess a high level of enthusiasm and integrity.

**Benefits **2nd & 4th Saturdays off days.5 days working.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Morning shift

- Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar - 201301, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
