Production Supervisor (CNC/VMC Machining* only )

Location
- Chakan

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in *CNC/VMC machining operations*

Technical Skills : Proficiency in **CNC/VMC programming and operation, knowledge of G-code/M-code**

System Knowledge: Familiarity with **Siemens and Fanuc control systems**.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle and troubleshoot machining issues independently.

Safety and Quality: Ensuring operator safety and maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities

Planning and Execution: Planning, executing, and monitoring CNC/VMC machining operations.

Production Management: Managing daily production output, ensuring targets are met.

Quality Control: Overseeing quality control processes to minimize rejections and defects.

Team Management: Handling manpower, providing training, and ensuring efficient team performance.

Cost Control: Improving conversion costs and overall efficiency.

Maintenance: Setting up and maintaining machines, including changing setups and offsets.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
