**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Packaging**:

- Carefully pack leather bags to ensure they are protected during transit.
- Maintain high standards of presentation in packaging to align with the company’s brand image.
- Inspect products before packaging to ensure quality control.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Keep accurate records of packed and shipped products.
- Regularly update inventory levels and notify the team of low stock.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the warehouse space.
- **Shipping Coordination**:

- Prepare shipping labels and documents for domestic and international orders.
- Handover parcels to courier services and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate with courier partners to resolve delivery issues, if any.
- **Order Fulfillment**:

- Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
- Cross-check order details to avoid discrepancies.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with the production and sales teams for order updates and priority shipments.
- Provide feedback on packaging materials and processes to improve efficiency.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory).
- Prior experience in packaging, shipping, or e-commerce operations is a plus.
- Familiarity with shipping software and inventory management tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs processes is an advantage.
