Handling a team of 25+ FOCO Advisors sitting in Franchisee across region. Key Deliverables 1. Handling Team of 25+ FOCO Advisors & Driving Revenue from clients mapped to them on commodity Market. 2. Creation of revenue & Activation of Inactive clients through effective Advisory Drive and Terminal Operations 3. Helping & training the Team to Handling Queries & complains of client's & solving it within TAT. 4. Achieving the targets set for Team on Acquiring new clients & retaining the old clients by periodic meetings. 5. Profiling clients by conducting in depth review of client's financial requirements, analysing information & recommending portfolios. 6. Monitoring, Motivating & enhancing FOCO Advisor’s (Team) Advising skills through call tracking, weekly targets & meetings, con calls. 8. Visiting respective franchisee’s where FOCO advisors are placed 9. Daily/ Weekly & Monthly Review with BA’s along with FOCO advisors 10.
