**Role Purpose Statement**:
The incumbent would be responsible for establishing, managing and leading the commercial building/ warehouse projects within TCI Express Ltd. A Draftsman is a skilled professional responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans based on the specifications provided by engineers, architects, and other professionals. These drawings serve as blueprints for construction, manufacturing, and various projects. The role requires a strong understanding of technical drawing principles, knowledge of industry-specific software, and the ability to translate complex information into clear and accurate representations

Main Accountabilities:
Prepare detailed drawings of architectural and engineering designs from sketches and specifications.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to incorporate design requirements into drawings.

Review and revise drawings to meet project specifications and standards.

Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create and modify drawings.

Ensure that drawings are accurate, detailed, and contain all necessary information for construction or manufacturing.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building codes, industry standards, and materials.

Manage documentation and filing systems for drawings and project records.

Conduct site visits to gather data and verify design specifications are being met

Qualification:
Education
- BE/ B.Tech (Civil) Full Time Course

Experience
- Total 5+ years. Dedicated exposure to construction of multi store commercial buildings and logistic hubs will be an advantage.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorks.
- Experience with building information modelling (BIM) software.
- Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry.
- Associate's degree or certification in drafting, engineering technology, or a related field.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience
- Total 15+ years. Dedicated exposure to construction of multi stored commercial buildings and logistic hubs will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
