**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing and PR Intern to join our team. As a Marketing and PR Intern, you'll work closely with our marketing and PR team to assist in promoting our brand, music releases, and upcoming events. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in the music industry and an opportunity to contribute to the growth of a rising talent.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating and implementing marketing and PR strategies to increase brand awareness and engage with fans.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop social media content calendars and schedule posts across various platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Help manage artist's website content, ensuring it's up-to-date and reflects current releases, events, and news.
- Draft press releases, bios, and promotional materials for music releases, concerts, and other events.
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with media contacts, influencers, and industry professionals.
- Research and identify potential marketing and PR opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships.
- Support the coordination of events, including album launches, live performances, and meet-and-greets.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing and PR team as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Music Business, or related field.
- Passion for music and the music industry, with a strong understanding of various music genres and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
- Previous experience in marketing, PR, or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
- Good in communication & research
