**Job Description**:
**Position**: Research Associate

**Experience**: 0-2 years

**Location**: Remote

**Research Associate would be responsible for**:
1.Conducting telephonic interviews with the existing and potential users as per the scripted questionnaire to conduct primary research.

2.Compiling and recording the data obtained from the interviews to understand user narratives.

3.Translating questions in Telugu to conduct user studies when required.

4.Helping in secondary research as and when required in accordance with the project assigned.

5.Involving in face to face on ground research studies as and when required.

1.Should be proficient in Telugu & English (Proficiency in more than one Indian language is highly preferred).

2.Strong interpersonal skills & listening skill.;
3.Having strong empathy microsoft tools. towards the users.

4.Should be comfortable with having extended conversations with the users

5.Prior experience in primary research is preferred.

6.Bachelor's degree in any discipline

7.Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other
