**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver comprehensive and engaging Chemistry lessons to senior students (Grades 11 and 12).
- Prepare and present lessons in a clear, organized manner.
- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments that align with the curriculum.
- Evaluate student progress through assignments, projects, and exams.
- Foster a student-centric learning environment that encourages curiosity and scientific inquiry.
- Provide timely feedback and offer academic support to students as needed.
- Ensure that safety guidelines and laboratory procedures are followed during practical sessions.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to improve the overall quality of the science department.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s Degree in Chemistry from a recognized university.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience teaching Chemistry at the senior secondary level.
- Strong knowledge of the curriculum, syllabus, and exam formats.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage students and encourage a passion for learning Chemistry.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Prior experience teaching at a reputed school.
- Proficiency in using educational technologies and online learning tools.
