Job Role:
Content Creation: Creating engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including

posts, videos, and graphics.

Social Media Management: Managing and monitoring the organization's social media accounts,

including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers.

Audience Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with the audience by responding to

comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

Social Media Campaigns: Planning, executing, and analyzing social media campaigns to increase brand

awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring and analyzing social media performance using tools like Google

Analytics and providing regular reports on key metrics and insights.

Trend Watching: Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in social media and

implementing strategies to capitalize on them.

Collaboration: Working closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall

marketing goals and campaigns.

Brand Management: Ensuring that all social media content aligns with the brand voice, values, and

guidelines.

Community Building: Building and nurturing online communities around the brand to increase

engagement and loyalty.

Social Listening: Monitoring social media channels for mentions of the brand, competitors, and industry

trends, and using insights to improve social media strategy

Skills and Qualifications:
Creativity & Strategic Thinking

Time Management

Bachelor's degree

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Social Media Executive or similar fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule and Patterns:
9-hour shift

6 days a week (1 week-offs on Sunday)

Day shift (WFO)

Time: 10AM to 07:00 PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
