**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Map out sessions and class plans, design and develop training programs**.
- Choose appropriate training methods per case (simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes, etc.).
- Use accepted education principles and track new training methods and techniques.
- **Design and prepare educational aids and materials**.
- Maintain an updated curriculum database and training records.
- Provide **train-the-trainer sessions for internal and external faculty**.
- **Conduct classes for students in grades 6-10**.
- Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Proven work experience in coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting.**:

- Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools.
- Proven ability to complete the full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate).
- Familiarity with traditional and modern teaching methods and techniques.
- Proficiency in **MS Office.**:

- **Advanced organizational skills** with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
- **Strong communication skills**.
- Educational Qualification**:B.Sc., B.Ed. (mandatory), M.Sc.**:

- Experience**:3 - 5 years.**
