Production Supervisor

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers on the assembly line
- Monitor production processes to ensure timely completion of orders
- Train new employees on proper assembly techniques and equipment operation
- Maintain a clean and organized manufacturing facility
- Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving production output

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory role
- Proficiency with power tools, hand tools, and mechanical equipment
- Knowledge of assembly line operations and fabrication processes
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management
- Ability to operate a forklift is a plus
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
