1. Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure smooth workflows.
2. Input, update, and manage customer and sales data in CRM software or databases.
3. Prepare and manage sales-related documentation, including quotations, proposals, contracts, and invoices.
4. Organize and maintain files for easy access and retrieval when needed.
5. Compile data for reports, such as sales performance metrics or pipeline status and ensure data accuracy and integrity to facilitate decision-making.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
8. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize
