**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operational Management**:

- Supervise daily packaging operations for solid oral dosage forms.
- Ensure packaging activities comply with SOPs, batch records, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and maintain packaging equipment and materials inventory.

**Quality & Compliance**:

- Implement and maintain QMS protocols in packaging operations.
- Review and approve Batch Packaging Records (BPR).
- Handle deviations, change controls, CAPAs, and market complaints related to packaging.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, WHO, and other regulatory standards.

**Team Leadership**:

- Lead and train packaging staff on quality procedures and operational excellence.
- Conduct performance evaluations and promote continuous improvement initiatives.

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.
- Prepare reports on packaging performance, quality metrics, and improvement plans.

**Cross-functional Coordination**:

- Collaborate with QA, QC, Production, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in client audits and respond to technical queries.

**Requirements**:
Qualification : M.Sc / B. Pharm / M. Pharm

Total Years of Experience : 15-20 Years
