Job Title - **Store Keeper**
**Job Responsibility:
- **
1) Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.
2) Fulfilling the material requirements for production & installation team.
3) Receive, unload, and shelve supplies.
4) Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies.
5) Co-ordination with purchase dept. regarding new material requirement.
6) Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.
7) Preparation of challans of outgoing material.
8) Maintaining Bin cards and inward-outward material file.
9) Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and inventory control.
11) Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses.
12) Maintain receipts, records, MR. Form
13) Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs.
**Skill**:
1) Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management.
2) Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment.
3) Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations.
4) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5) Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management.
6) Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time.
7) Skills to operate common office equipment.

Duty Time - 8:30 am To 5:30 pm
