**Job Summary**:
We're seeking an experienced Reasoning Tutor to conduct interactive online classes, create engaging video lectures, and help students enhance their logical reasoning skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct online classes and interactive sessions
- Develop and record high-quality video lectures
- Create study materials, assignments, and assessments
- Provide personalized feedback and support
- Monitor student progress and identify improvement areas

**Requirements**:

- Post-Graduation in any discipline
- Experience with standardized tests (SSC, UPSC, IBPS, RRB, CTET, etc.).
- Minimum 3 years of teaching/tutoring experience
- Strong expertise in logical reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and digital tools

**Compensation**:
₹40,000 - ₹50,000 per month
