Job Title: Civil Supervisor

Location: Raipur CG

Qualification: 12th Pass

Experience: 5 to 6 Years in Building construction

**Salary**: 15000/- to 18000/- PM with accommodation

Project: Building construction

Job Duties:

- Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
- Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
- Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
- Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.
- Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
- Implementing industry best practices and safety protocols
- Hiring and evaluating the performance of the on-site workers
- Regularly checking inventory and placing orders for building materials
- Ensuring all equipments are in working order and good condition
- Performing first aid during emergencies
- Interpreting building plans and construction blueprints
- Conducting site inspections to ensure it is free from any safety hazards
- Ensuring the workers follow site safety procedures

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Raipur, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Civil Supervisor: 5 years (preferred)
- Building Construction: 3 years (preferred)
