We are looking for a Graphic Designer Specialist who will be responsible for creating captivating graphics and supporting marketing operations activities. In this role, you will use your graphic design skills to produce visually appealing content while also assisting in the efficient distribution of marketing materials across various platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create eye-catching graphics, including but not limited to digital ads, social media visuals, website graphics, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and develop creative design solutions that align with brand guidelines.
- Ensure all graphics are high-quality and visually engaging, contributing to a strong brand identity.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, to execute design projects.
- Ensure consistency of design elements, typography, and color schemes across all materials.
- Create and edit multimedia content, including videos and animations, to enhance the visual appeal of marketing campaigns.
- Upload graphics and marketing content to respective Google Drive folders, maintaining a well-organized file structure.
- Update and maintain the company's websites with fresh content, including graphics, text, and multimedia elements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure timely and accurate deployment of marketing materials across various online platforms.
- Assist in tracking and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience of 2+ years in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing designs.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with content management systems (CMS) is a bonus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
