- Classroom & Students Management
- **Key Responsibilities**_:

- Deliver clear, structured, and engaging online Math classes (individual or group)
- Prepare curriculum-specific lesson plans and assessments
- Track student performance and provide timely feedback
- Use platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams efficiently
- Adapt teaching methods for different student levels and syllabus requirements
- **Eligibility Criteria**:_
- Minimum 2 years of overall teaching experience
- Minimum 1 year of online tutoring experience
- Must currently reside in Bengaluru

**Note: Freshers and non-teaching professionals will not be considered**
- **Technical Requirements**:_
- Pen tablet or digital writing pad
- Laptop/desktop with webcam and microphone
- Stable internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps)
- Comfortable with online teaching tools and digital whiteboards
- **Work Hours**_
- Flexible schedule depending on student availability
- Preference for tutors available during evenings and weekends
- **Compensation**_:

- Compensation is monthly, depending on:

- Subject complexity
- Grade level
- Curriculum/board
- Individual or group session format
