**Job Summary**:
The Office Peon provides essential support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. Responsibilities include performing various clerical and administrative tasks, assisting with office maintenance, and supporting staff with their daily needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Office Maintenance**:

- Clean and maintain office premises, including common areas, meeting rooms, and restrooms.
- Ensure that all office supplies are stocked and reorder as necessary.

2. **Health and Safety**:

- Ensure that the office environment complies with health and safety regulations.
- Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of waste.

3. **Customer Service**:

- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff member or meeting room.
- Answer phone calls and take messages when necessary.
- **Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of office equipment and procedures.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under supervision.

**Working Conditions**:

- **Hours**: 8:00 AM TO 8:00 PM (MONTHLY 2 OFF)
- **Environment**: Office setting with occasional errands outside the office.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift and carry office supplies and equipment.

**Compensation**:

- **Salary**:12,000 TO 14,000/
