**Supervise the work of Operators,workers as per Standard Operating Procedures. ∙ Ensure safety, housekeeping, documentation,log sheet entries, time, quantities, temperatures,pressures,levels, flow rates.**

**∙ Sequence of Chemical additions, no leakages, no wastage,**

**∙ Optimum use of utilities.**

**∙ Drawing samples, coordinating with QC,**

**∙ Maintenance,packing,logistics, Admin.**

**∙ Achieve shift wise targets of Production,productivity,cost control.**

**∙ Motivating the subordinates & colleagues, ensure discipline, suggest improvements. ∙ ERP entries of Production batches from the log sheets, material issue slips etc. ∙ Prepare SOPs & documentation**

**∙ Instructing Operators, sub operators**

**∙ Reporting daily activities to production manager**
**∙ Maintaining data related to WIP**
