Job Opening**:PR & Communications Manager**

Location: Versova, Mumbai | Type: Full-Time | Salary: ₹50,000 - ₹70,000/month

We're an independent film production house gearing up for the release of our much-anticipated film in mid-2025, and we’re looking for a smart, dynamic PR & Communication Manager to take our vision to the world.

- _**What You’ll Do**:_

**Build & Manage Public Reputation**
- Cultivate a strong and favorable image for the film, the producer, and the production house
- Shape communication that reflects the values and vision of the brand
- Balance authentic storytelling with strategic messaging

**Secure Strong Media Presence**
- Develop relationships with journalists, bloggers, podcasters, and film critics
- Write and distribute press releases; coordinate interviews with cast and crew
- Organize events, screenings, and media promotions to create buzz

**Engage Actively With Audiences**
- Manage communication across social media platforms with engaging content
- Collaborate with film influencers to generate excitement
- Share behind-the-scenes stories and drive audience connection

**Strategize & Execute with Purpose**
- Develop and maintain consistent, impactful messaging
- Understand the target audience and align communication accordingly
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams for aligned execution
- _**What We’re Looking For**_:

- A polished, articulate communicator with excellent written & verbal skills
- Prior experience in film publicity, entertainment PR, or media communication preferred
- A keen sense of media trends, influencer culture, and storytelling
- A cinema lover who understands the pulse of modern audiences
- Calm under pressure, creative in approach, and strategic in execution

Work Location: Versova, Mumbai (On-site)

**Salary**: ₹50,000 - ₹70,000 per month (Based on experience)

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
