**Responsibilities**:

- To drive Operational Efficiency Improvements projects by monitoring and tracking the overall equipment effectiveness.
- To identify opportunities for improvement in the areas of PQCDSM (Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety & Morale). Identify root cause of gap from Actual production rate vs asking rate & create Action plan.
- Drive OEE by addressing the short stoppage and take immediate action plan.
- To monitor delivery of products in time as per desired target.
- Yield Improvement of critical product wrt financial gain & loss to reduce the Operational cost of the plant
- To prepare Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly MIS reports.
- To drive machine speed increase / cycle time reduction / batch size increase projects at site.
- To work upon KAIZEN and Quality circle projects for improvement projects.
- Spread awareness about Kaizen and OE Tools.
- To work upon manpower optimization & Line balancing for waste reduction & throughput Improvement
- Standardization & Optimization of Changeover time for bottleneck areas
- Establish daily work management system by conducting Performance Dialogue at level 1 of organization. Ensuring its sustainability across the site
- Any other additional work allocated by reporting authority
- Supporting existing initiatives to keep improving (5S, Daily work management, Visual matrix, Standard work etc,) and new initiatives to launch.
- Flexible with the other operational activities as and when required.
