Preparation of Quotes, DC & Invoices

Knowledge of Machine Shop

Excellent communication and people skills

Follow up the existing customer and new customer.

Enquiry Generation, Technical study for requirement of Machine and supporting equipment’s, Comparative study & providing solution for customer.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Follow up with planning for adhering the delivery commitment

Closing any quality issues within 24 Hrs by giving CAPA or 8D with the help of quality team

Arranging logistics as per the customer nomination

Customer Handling and Order acknowledgement

General assistance with managing documents, data’s and taking care of infrequent errands and

Keeping things organized.

Drawing Knowledge and stock maintenance

Knowledge of Engineering Drawing

Receiving schedules form customer every month

Knowledge of VMC. HMC, VTL, CNC AND TRUNNING

Internal planning and Conducting Review meeting daily based

Knowledge of Cycle time competent

Organizing Weekly Review on time delivery

Preparation of quotation

Ensuring Customer satisfaction

Follow up the existing customer and new customer.

Visiting customers regularly & collecting competitor data's

Leading Sales & Export team towards management expectations

Forward the Monthly Schedule to NPD with CRC

Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. Sales force, CRM)

Cost Analysis Management

Creating & Updating the QMS procedures for all departments

**Note**:We are expect 03 -12 years proven experience in marketing, preferably in the Machine shop or foundry industry
