**Position Title: Sales Officer - Over-the-Counter (OTC) Products**
**Experience Required: 1-3 years in OTC Pharma Sales**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sell and promote OTC medicines and products across Godhra.
- Design and follow structured sales plans to hit targets.
- Engage with pharmacy owners, distributors, and stockists to expand product reach.
- Regularly visit markets to strengthen product visibility and customer engagement.
- Monitor market developments, competitor products, and gather customer insights.

**What We Expect from You**:

- Solid experience in OTC product sales within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Ability to nurture and manage relationships with business partners.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Consistent track record in achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with the Godhra market and customer base.
