**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning and Delivery**:

- Plan and deliver engaging biology lessons to students of Classes 11 and 12, ensuring alignment with the CBSE syllabus.
- Use a variety of teaching methods, such as lectures, discussions, demonstrations, and hands-on experiments, to cater to different learning styles.
- Incorporate technology and digital resources in lesson plans to enhance student engagement and understanding.
- **Curriculum and Assessment**:

- Prepare and maintain detailed lesson plans and student assessments.
- Develop and administer periodic tests, assignments, and practical exams as per the CBSE guidelines.
- Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback to help students improve academically.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and conducive learning environment in the classroom.
- Implement effective classroom management techniques to ensure students stay focused and engaged during lessons.
- Encourage critical thinking, collaboration, and inquiry-based learning.
- **Mentorship and Counseling**:

- Offer counseling and support to students for career options in fields related to biology, such as medicine, research, and biotechnology.
- **Co-Curricular Activities**:

- Participate in school events, workshops, seminars, and science exhibitions to promote interest in biology and related fields.
- Encourage student participation in competitions, quizzes, and activities that enhance learning beyond textbooks.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest developments in biology and teaching methodologies.
- Attend faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and training programs to continually improve teaching skills.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in Biology or a related field from a recognized university.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.) is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated school (preferably for Classes 11 and 12).
- Proven ability to effectively teach and inspire students at the senior secondary level.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using technology in the classroom (e.g., smart boards, digital presentations, educational software).
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve academic excellence.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹11,276.94 - ₹30,000.00 per month
