Allocating manpower for production
- Verify heat plan and discuss with team about any quality issue which faced earlier according to that plan.
- Update daily plan in boards for both core shop and moulds making area.
- Verify and enter moulding entry, core entry according to moulds made & core made.
- Verify and enter pouring entry according to moulds poured.
- Verify and hand over test bar to gas cutting team which poured according to pouring log.
- Attending knock out meeting.
- Prepare moulds stock list which waiting for pouring in pouring line in morning.
- Work together with team to achieve plan with quality.
- Attend any issue happen during moulds making time in loop line.
- Co-ordinate with team to prepare chill and sleeves according to heat plan.
- Witness the heat during pouring.
- Co-ordinate with clamping person to clamp the moulds according to pouring plan.
- Co-ordinate with melting person for pouring as per moulding and quality requirements.
- Co-ordinate with lab person for witness heat closing.
- Co-ordinate with team to achieve production even if any leave or absenteeism happens.
- Co-ordinate with lab person about sand quality, coating quality on daily basis.
- Co-ordinate with planning team about any criticality in planning to achieve production.
- Co-ordinate with pattern shop team for pattern release according to plan.
- Enter material request entry for all materials for tomorrow plan.
- Verify and enter knock out entry according to moulds knock out.
- Co-ordinate with sand loading person to know sand level in cycle on daily basis.
- Enter employee shift entry for team on weekly basis.
- Implementation and maintaining 5S system.
- Co-ordinate with team to reduce new sand, without any quality deviation to achieve goals which are taken in TTM.
- Co-ordinate with pattern shop to reduce return sand, with safety and quality measures to achieve goals which are taken in TTM.
- Update goals tracking sheets in system on daily basis to achieve goals.
- Update the data in visualization board and interact with team to achieve goals on daily basis.
- Share shop floor stock list on month end to store team.
- Tally consumption of materials on month end with store team.
- Prepare shift details for contract person on monthly basis.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
