**Customer Support Executive** required in one of the leading career counselling company named as "**NEET ADVISOR PRIVATE LIMITED**"

We play a crucial role in guiding and supporting students who are preparing for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET).

**Job Functions**:

- Career Counselling, Public speaking

**AGE CRITERIA**:

- **21- 30 YEARS**

Your primary responsibility is to assist individuals seeking guidance, information, or support regarding medical admission and counselling process.

**Job Roles**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
- Answering Screening and Forwarding Incoming Phone Calls.
- Greet And Welcome Guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Multitasking and Time-Management Skills, with the ability to Prioritize Tasks.
- Previous experience in educational counselling, career guidance, customer support or academic advising is desirable.
- Experience working with NEET aspirants or in the field of medical education would be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
