Role Purpose:
The E2E Solutions Architect (BSS focussed) leads the design work on a project, working collaboratively with the project

team, key business representatives and all the impacted design teams to produce the end-to-end solution

architecture/design.

The E2E Solutions Architect ensures that the project architecture:
meets the business requirements

moves the enterprise architecture forward towards the target architecture

can be supported and maintained easily, without increasing IT costs and complexity

Experience: 12+ Years including 3-8 years in E2E Solutions Architecture & Design, in Telecom BSS domain - especially one

or more of Payments, Service Monitoring & Management, BPM

Skills required:
MUST:
- 12+ Years of development/design experience with Telco (Wireless/Wireline) B2B/B2C business domain and functional/technical knowledge of one/more BSS COTS product. Should have in depth knowledge of at least- one of product like a Payment Gateway, OSM, WSO2, Camunda, Splunk, etc- Preferably be hands-on on one of one of these COTS products. Preferably have knowledge of at least one- Integration products like WSO2 ESB, TIBCO, Kafka, ISTIO etc.- Good understanding of wireless prepaid / postpaid business, BSS functions and Operations- At least 5+ years of strong experience in delivering E2E Solutions Architecture/ Solutions Design for Telco BSS -
- liaising with business analysts and platform architects/ designers, with at least one project delivering omni channel experience.- Good to have certifications like - TM Forum Frameworks: eTOM, TAM, SID and Integration Framework (TNA) and- CMM/CMMI, or alternatively proven experience is required and conversant with standards like TMF Frameworx,- TOGAF, SOA and leading enterprise architecture development for large production grade ICT solutions- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions- Experience delivering complex cross-functional, E2E Solutions in a telecoms environment- Exposure to multiple and diverse technologies and environments. A good understanding of open source based technologies, micro services, event driven architecture.- Ability to estimate the financial impact of technical architecture alternatives.-
- Full project lifecycle experience.- Ability to deliver high quality E2E solutions to demanding timeframes.- Ability to present/explain the created Solutions Architecture to business and technical stakeholders.- Excellent communication skills, able to facilitate technical workshops, and clearly communicate ideas and solutions through various means (written, presentation and in person), with both internal and external teams.- Also able to explain complex issues to a wider business audience.- Ability to interact, communicate with and build relationships with Senior Stakeholders (e.g. Heads of Dept.,Directors etc).- Good commercial acumen, Ability to influence business decisions.- Ability to build strong and trusted relationships with other teams, vendors and service partners.- Excellent planning and time management skills.- Strong technical architecture skills in one or more of the below will be an additional advantage:
Java / J2EE, Microsoft.NET, full stack, MVC- b. Microservices, Web services, REST, SOAP- c. Understanding of Cloud environment - AWS / Azure- d. Understanding of traditional delivery (waterfall and agile) and DevOps tools- 19. Ability to guide and manage team of component Architects and Solution Designers.

**Must Have Skills**:
- Create the E2E Solutions Architecture and High Level Design for an identified BSS area(one of Payments, Service- Monitoring & Management, BPM) for a Telco operator.- Liase with stakeholders to explain and arrive at an agreed Solutions View.- Create Solutions Architecture and Solutions documents as reference for software development.- Ensure that the solution will support both the functional and the non functional requirements and will adapt to future changes in terms of changes in business processes, user requirements and the predicted growth of- business.- Ensuring maximum re-use of IT assets and services giving value for money, consistency of service, and reducing the costs of future changes.-
- Define the principles and design patterns that guide technology decisions for the enterprise, meeting our commitments around rationalisation and consolidation- Lay down design guidelines and provide guidance during the design stage to ensure compatibility to the architectural vision.- Lay down the guidelines of end to end integration testing.- Plays the Primary Role during the Analysis and Design phase in creating
