**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Machine Assembly: Assemble machinery and equipment according to blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications.

2. Installation: Install and set up machines at the customer's site, ensuring proper alignment and functioning.

3. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.

4. Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues and make necessary repairs or adjustments to rectify them.

5. Quality Control: Inspect finished products and components to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.

6. Safety Compliance: Follow safety guidelines and protocols to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries.

7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and machine configurations.

8. Tool Management: Keep tools and equipment in good working condition and report any issues or need for replacement.

9. Collaboration: Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to ensure the smooth operation of machinery and equipment.

**Qualifications**:
2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools, knowledge of machine assembly, installation, and maintenance procedures.

3. Mechanical Aptitude: Strong understanding of mechanical systems, components, and the ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery.

4. Safety Consciousness: Strict adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.

5. Attention to Detail: Meticulous in following technical specifications and blueprints.

6. Communication Skills: Effective communication with team members, supervisors, and sometimes customers.

7. Physical Fitness: The ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy equipment or materials.

8. Problem-Solving: Quick problem-solving skills to address machine-related issues.

9. Experience: While not always required, previous experience in a similar role can be an advantage.

10. Certifications: Depending on the industry, certifications in machine operation, safety, or specialized equipment may be necessary.
