2. Education: B.E./Diploma-Civil, Diploma in Cement Technology

3. Experience: Minimum 8 years

**Functional Parameters**:
1. Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and standards for the manufacturing process of pavers and tiles.

2. Establish quality benchmarks and guidelines to ensure adherence to industry
- specific requirements.

3. Conduct regular and random testing of pavers and tiles to assess their physical and mechanical properties, including strength, durability, and dimensional accuracy.

4. Utilize various testing equipment and methodologies to perform accurate and reliable quality assessments.

6. Identify and document any defects or deviations in the products, analyzing the root causes to prevent recurrence.

7. Prepare detailed quality performance reports for management review and decision-making.

8. Recommend and implement process enhancements to optimize product quality and efficiency.

9. Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to assess the quality of incoming raw materials and components.

10. Stay updated with industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to pavers and tiles manufacturing.

11. Ensure the company's compliance with all relevant quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
