**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a driven and creative **Digital Marketing Intern / Executive** who can take ownership of our online marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about fashion, understands social media trends, and is eager to bring innovative ideas to life. You’ll be working directly with the designer and have full creative freedom to experiment with strategies that drive results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and manage daily content for Instagram (feed posts, stories, reels, highlights).
- Develop creative marketing strategies that boost store walk-ins and online sales.
- Capture and edit photos and videos for digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the in-store team to plan campaigns, promotions, and product shoots.
- Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content accordingly.
- Stay up to date with digital trends and competitor activities.
- Suggest and implement new tools, trends, or techniques to increase visibility and engagement.
- Assist in managing influencer collaborations and partnerships.
- Run small-scale ad campaigns to test ROI-driven strategies.
- Ensure consistent brand tone and aesthetic across all digital communications.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Passion for digital marketing, fashion, and content creation.
- Working knowledge of Instagram, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, CapCut, or other editing tools.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to think out of the box and propose fresh, relevant ideas.
- A proactive attitude - someone who takes initiative and seeks results.
- Basic understanding of branding, visual identity, and customer engagement.
- Photography/videography skills are a big plus.
