- **Preparation of list of participants for each training program in advance**:

- **Share final list of participants with concern cluster trainer**:

- **Conduct induction training of new CSO's at regional level as per directed by Zonal Manager**:

- **Develop and share action plan on monthly basis to their respective Zonal Managers and HO team**:

- **Ensure to cater the training needs of all new joiners at regional level and discuss the same with HO team**:

- **Coordination for training program with various departments and also report the same to their concern reporting authority**:

- **Documentation of overall training records/feedbacks reviews.**
- **2-7 years of experience as a Trainer**:

- **Identifying and tracking of training needs of the Department**:

- **Management disciplines**:

- **Resource management**:

- **Customer service**:

- **Budget control**:

- **Risk assessment**:

- **Responsible for post training assessment**:

- **Responsible for post training Monitoring**

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
