**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle domestic and international air ticket bookings as per client requests.
- Use GDS systems like Amadeus, Galileo, or airline portals to issue tickets.
- Coordinate with airlines and clients for schedule changes, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Inform customers about baggage rules, travel policies, and visa requirements.
- Ensure correct fares, taxes, and rules are applied before issuing tickets.
- Maintain accurate records of all bookings and update internal CRM tools.
- Assist clients with refunds, PNR management, and follow-ups.
- Keep track of airline offers, group fares, and travel policies.
- Work closely with the tour, visa, and hotel booking teams for complete travel packages.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in air ticketing (domestic & international).
- Proficient in GDS systems such as **Amadeus**, **Galileo**, or airline direct portals.
- Graduate in any stream; a diploma in travel & tourism is a plus.
- Strong customer handling and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of airline rules, cancellation policies, and fare calculations.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage last-minute changes.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in managing **group bookings** or **corporate travel**.
- Familiarity with travel insurance and visa guidelines.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM systems.
