This is a full-time on-site role for a **BPO-Voice Process position for a leading general insurance company (a subsidiary of a top bank)** located in Mumbai.

**CRE-Voice Process. (Good communication in English & Hindi)**

**Experience
- 0-2 years**

**Fresher-CTC-1.75 LPA | 12 k /- (In-hand + Bonus)-Good Communication in English is mandatory)**

**Experienced-CTC-Up to 2.50 LPA | 18 k/- (In-hand + Bonus)**

**Qualifications**
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Working Days - 5 days a week
- Week off
- 2 Days in a week rotational
- Vertical
- Service ( CRT ) / Inbound Calling Process, RIO, E-Channel
- Process - Voice Only
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints
- Analytical Skills and attention to detail
- Experience in Business Process Improvement or Training is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in local languages is desirable
- Basic computer skills
- Prior experience in customer service roles is beneficial
- Shift Timing (Work from Office)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
