**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Salary**: ₹16,000 per month + Incentives up to ₹10,000/month
**Work Days**: 5 Days a Week (2 Rotational Week Offs)
**Shift**: Day Shift (Night Shift may be required in the future)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handling data entry, documentation, and backend support processes.
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of information in the internal systems.
- Coordinating with internal teams for process updates and resolutions.
- Performing quality checks and maintaining process compliance.
- Meeting daily/weekly productivity and accuracy targets.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Qualification**:

- Minimum HSC (12th pass) with **6 months of experience** in any back-end or BPO process.
- **Graduate freshers** are eligible to apply.
- **Skills Required**:

- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
- Willingness to work in future night shifts if required.
