**We are Looking for Primary Teacher**

As a Home Room Teacher, you will be the primary point of contact for a specific group of students, providing academic guidance, emotional support, and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Classroom Management**:
Create a welcoming, supportive, and structured classroom environment that promotes student engagement and learning.
- **Student Support**:
Serve as a mentor and advocate for students, providing academic guidance, emotional support, and encouragement
- **Curriculum and Instruction**:
Plan and deliver daily lessons and activities that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives, integrating cross-curricular themes as appropriate.

Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs and abilities of all students, providing additional support or enrichment as needed
- **Parent and Guardian Communication**:
Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns.
- **Administrative Duties**:
Take attendance daily, maintain accurate records of student performance, and complete required administrative tasks promptly and accurately.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Previous teaching experience, preferably in a homeroom or similar role, with a proven track record of fostering student success.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
