Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive training materials and curriculum for hardware and networking courses, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and assessments.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to individuals and groups, either in-person or through virtual platforms.
- Customize training content and delivery methods to meet the diverse needs of participants, ranging from beginners to experienced professionals.
- Provide guidance and support to trainees as they work through practical exercises and projects, offering assistance and answering questions.
- Stay updated on the latest hardware technologies, networking protocols, and CCNA exam objectives to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of training programs.
- Evaluate the performance and progress of trainees through assessments and feedback mechanisms, adjusting training strategies as necessary to optimize learning outcomes.
- Assist in marketing and promoting training programs to attract participants and expand the reach of our training offerings.
- Maintain training environments, including hardware labs and networking equipment, ensuring they are properly configured and accessible to trainees.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of hardware components (e.g., CPUs, RAM, storage devices) and networking fundamentals (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in the field of hardware and networking.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic training environment.
- Passion for learning and staying updated on emerging technologies and trends in hardware and networking.
- Familiarity with virtual training platforms and tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Moodle) is a plus.
- Additional certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA A+, or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) are desirable.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
