**Job Title: ITI Technician (ITI Freshers)**

**Position Summary**: We are looking for ITI (Electrical) graduates who are freshly passed out and eager to start their career in the manufacturing industry. As an Electrical Technician, you will assist in various electrical tasks including installation, maintenance, and repair work. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow professionally in a supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical diagrams and blueprints.
- Conduct routine inspections and testing of electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers to complete projects efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- ITI Certification in Electrical Engineering (Freshly Passed).
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and components.
- Hands-on experience through internships or projects is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with electrical tools and equipment.
- Basic knowledge of safety practices in electrical work.
- Proficiency in using measuring instruments.
