**We are looking for Influencer Marketing Executive for our Corporate Office based out at Lower Parel.**

**JD**
- **Influencer Identification & Management**:

- Research and identify potential influencers who resonate with the brand’s target audience.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, agencies, and content creators.
- Negotiate collaboration terms and compensation with influencers.
- **Campaign Execution**:

- Coordinate influencer campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring that influencers follow brand guidelines and deliver high-quality content.
- Manage influencer briefs, deliverables, and timelines.
- Ensure that influencer content aligns with marketing and branding goals.
- **Performance Monitoring & Reporting**:

- Track and analyse influencer campaign performance (engagement, reach, ROI) using relevant analytics tools.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign success and areas for improvement.
- Adjust strategy based on performance insights.
- **Content Creation & Approval**:

- Work with influencers to brainstorm content ideas that resonate with the audience and meet the brand's objectives.
- Prepare script & mood boards
- Ensure that all content created by influencers aligns with the brand’s voice and standards.
- **Budget Management**:

- Manage the influencer marketing budget, ensuring that all campaigns are executed within financial limits.
- Optimize spending by selecting influencers with the highest potential for ROI.
- **Market Research & Trends**:

- Stay updated on the latest trends in influencer marketing and social media.
- Research competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to stay ahead in the market.

**Requirements**:
Experience & knowledge of influencer marketing

Ability to create & edit content on mobile

Creativity & sense of aesthetics

Good communication skills
- oral & written

**Minimum 2-3 Yrs of Experience**
