Maintain up-to-date records of all inventory items.
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Monitor stock usage and re-order supplies as needed to avoid shortages.
- Organize and label items systematically for easy access.
- Liaise with suppliers for the purchase of goods and services, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency.
- Receive deliveries, verify orders against purchase orders, and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain a database of approved suppliers and update it periodically.
- Ensure timely issuance of materials to departments (teachers, administrative staff, etc.).
- Track material distribution and maintain usage logs.
- Coordinate with departments for their material requirements and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of all store transactions (goods received, issued, returned, etc.).
- Prepare monthly and annual reports on stock levels and procurement activities.
- Maintain a register for the issuance of school assets (e.g., lab equipment, furniture).
- **Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of inventory management software (if applicable).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of budgeting and cost control.
- **Minimum Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduation (any stream).
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in store management or inventory control (preferred).
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,477.82 - ₹25,000.00 per month
