**Job Responsibilities**:

- Minimum 10+ years software development experience.
- Experience with various Design and integration pattern.
- Process Optimization and Modernization should be focused area,
- Hands-on experience on Appian BPM platform primarily on Appian custom plugins, SAIL, CDT, Process, and Interface design.
- Understanding of Appian architecture which includes Logging and Engine processing is must.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL scripting. Query Optimization and Db Enhancement skills are must.
- Experience translating business process software requirement specifications into Appian process model prototypes and solutions.
- Experience developing and using a library of reusable Appian components that can be demonstrated across processes and workflows.
- Hands on automation of functional and performance testing.
- **Appian Certified Lead Developer (L3) or Lead Developer**:

- Experience with Agile Methodology and mentoring/coordinating with team members located in different regions
- Performing frequent code reviews & ensuring quality of the overall delivery.
- Advance knowledge of Java is a plus.

**Primary Skill**:

- 6+ years of experience in**Secondary Skill**:

- At least 3-4 years of experience in leading a team of developers.
- Experience in developing on J2EE platforms RDBMS platforms (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server) Good logical and analytical reasoning abilit
