**Job Title**: Shift Incharge

**Job Summary**:
The Shift Incharge oversees operations during their shift, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality standards are met. They manage staff, resolve issues, and maintain seamless workflows.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily operations and ensure efficiency.
- Assign tasks and monitor team performance.
- Address operational challenges and escalate major issues.
- Ensure adherence to safety and company policies.
- Maintain records and submit shift-end reports.
- The Shift In-Charge is responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient operation of the distillery during their assigned shift. This includes supervising operators, monitoring process taking corrective action to ensure optimal production and quality.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Any Graduates
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role (industry-specific experience preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Knowledge of operational processes and workplace safety regulations.

**Working hours**: 08 hours/day

**Shift**: Rotational Shift

**Salary: 25000k To 35000K**

Pay: From ₹25,000.20 per month
