Training will be provided.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Product briefing and explaining customer of all the offerings, up-selling, cross selling
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Study, analyze and prepare reports of the Customer Trackers prepared by Sales Staff
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Tele-calling leads/potential customers/clients for pitching products/follow-ups
- Customer Query Solving and give After-Sales service
- Attend event /exhibitions /trade expos if required
- Day-to-day reporting
- Data Entry on company’s CRM software and basic accounting
- Complying with periodic sales targets as discussed with seniors
- Ability to learn/ gain more knowledge for products and utilize for generating sales/ business

Our company comprises of 3 different divisions.

1. Niranjan General Stores - This is our Retail division which comprises of one multi
- brand retail store which focuses on selling Paints of all Indian brands. The categories comprise of Decorative - interior and exterior, industrial, wood and metal coatings, waterproofing and so on. Decorative Paints (enamels and emulsions) make the major chunk of sales of this division. Brands in this division include Asian Paints, Kansai

Nerolac, AkzoNobel Dulux, MRF, Nippon paints and so on. Sales of these brands are geographically limited to the retail store only.

2. Niranjan Project Sales - This unit is a subordinate of the above division especially for high-volume supplies of Decorative Paints to new constructions, repainting, institutions and industries in and around Mumbai.

3. Niranjan International - Under this division we have been running business activities of importing Wood coatings and Designer Paints and distribution across India, predominantly west and North India. Under the Niranjan International division, we made strategic tie-ups with Italian and Spanish manufacturers to introduce premier and luxury products into the Indian markets.

**Brand - Rievera Paints and Coatings**

Based in Italy, we are makers of deluxe wall paints, specialized wall textures, wood coatings and more. Our products include a range of designer Italian texture paints for interior and exterior walls, premium PU coatings, wood stains, wood finishes, and glass coatings that create visually enticing effects. Every product made by us can paint any desired space into a picture of opulence.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
