E-commerce Key Account Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1) Account Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra etc.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with category managers and platform representatives.
- Manage product listings, content, pricing, and promotions on each platform.

**2)** **Sales & Growth**:

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share across all accounts.
- Track and analyze performance metrics such as sales, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Monitor competitor activity and suggest improvements to maintain a competitive edge.

**3) Operations & Inventory**:

- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory planning and forecasting.
- Ensure product availability and manage stock replenishment to avoid out-of-stock situations.
- Resolve operational issues related to orders, returns, and customer complaints.

**4) Marketing & Promotions**:

- Plan and execute platform-specific campaigns and deals (e.g., Big Billion Days, Amazon Great Indian Festival, Myntra EORS).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design impactful creatives and A+ content.
- Optimize search rankings and visibility through effective keyword strategy.

**5) Reporting & Analysis**:

- Generate regular sales reports and dashboards.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Track ROI on advertising and promotional spend.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience managing key accounts in the e-commerce industry.
- Strong understanding of online retail platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal).
- Proficiency in Excel and data analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
