Exposure to global market is mandatory, if someone has worked only for domestic insurers then we could reject them
Check their communication skill, the lead role is a client facing one, we need above avg. skill with respect to Comm.
Experience on General Liability would be more preferable
Skilled in Excel (mandatory) SQL is good to have
Pursuing Actuarial Science Exams would be a preferable one
CPCU Certification would be a value add
