Responsibilities:
Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand awareness and drive user engagement.

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels promptly and professionally.

Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience preferences to optimize social media strategies.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns and promotions.

Create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos to enhance social media content.

Use analytics tools to track social media metrics, gather insights, and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Stay updated with emerging social media platforms, trends, and best practices in social media marketing.

Assist in managing and organizing the social media content calendar and ensuring timely and consistent posting.

Provide suggestions and ideas for creative and innovative social media campaigns.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and marketing, to align social media activities with overall marketing objectives.

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.

Basic understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and their respective features and best practices.

Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics) is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

Strong creativity and ability to create engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines.

Basic graphic design skills and proficiency in using graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is an advantage.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

Knowledge of digital marketing principles and strategies is preferred.

Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
