**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Editing**: Edit raw footage into high-quality videos that align with the creative vision and brand guidelines.
- **Shooting & Production**: Plan, shoot, and manage video projects, ensuring technical excellence in lighting, composition, and sound.
- **Creative Storytelling**: Conceptualize and execute engaging visual narratives that captivate the target audience.
- **Motion Graphics & Effects**: Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and other effects to enhance video content.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the creative team, designers, and brand strategists to align video projects with overall campaign objectives.
- **Content Creation**: Create video content for multiple platforms, including digital, social media, and presentations.
- **Asset Management**: Organize and maintain video assets and ensure proper file management and versioning.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- Hands-on experience with video shooting and production equipment.
- A strong creative flair and an eye for detail, composition, and color.
- Basic understanding of motion graphics, color grading, and sound design.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong storytelling skills and a passion for creating impactful visual content.
- Knowledge of current trends in video production and digital content.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in working within a creative agency or similar environment.
- Photography skills or knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
